Andressa Urach

Just 15 years old, Andressa Urach began a romantic relationship with Tiago Costa. The couple lived together for three months following their first date. Arthur Urach Costa (born May 19th, 2005) was their only child. Following marital disagreements and divorce, they separated in 2008 following more than six years as a couple. Andressa moved to the home of her mother with her son. After 6 months of separation she quit her job and then decided to leave her son to his father, hoping for an opportunity to live a more fulfilling life at Sao Paulo however, being highly ambitious and self-centered, her primary goal in leaving the South was to make her rich and famous. Andressa Urach writes in her memoir Morri Para Viver about the sexual abuse she suffered by her foster father that occurred between the ages between 2 and 8. The only way she was able to escape from this was getting rid of all this since her foster grandmother was the one to catch the abuse and Andressa returned to live with her mother, who didn't know about the abuse she suffered until Andressa published her book. She claimed in interviews that she had accomplished what, for her, was impossible before her spiritual awakening: forgiveness of her abuser. One of the toughest decisions I've ever made I called the man who sexually abused me. This wasn't easy to do. I said on the phone, after much praying and fasting, that I forgiven him. Although I'm completely innocent of any crime, I pleaded with forgiveness. I didn't justify myself I just asked for forgiveness. In an interview with Globo Mariste Urach tells how she reacted when she found out about the harassment suffered from her child. She traveled to the city in which the pedophile is a resident located in the inside of Rio Grande do Sul willing to take on the pedophile.
